When it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), bridging the gap from where you are today to where you want to be requires understanding, acknowledging and addressing your current state and challenges. In this program, you'll receive guidance from industry leaders that will help you operationalize your journey with concrete actionable steps that help address difficult conversations.

You'll learn more about:

  • How data should be used to educate decision makers in supporting the case for diversity
  • The common pitfalls companies take when initializing a DE&I strategy
  • Gaining senior executive buy-in, as well as setting goals and milestones
  • Change management required to support ongoing change
  • Supporting these changes in an increasingly remote, distributed workforce environment
