About the Presenters: 
Sean McGowan, SHRM-SCP, is the vice president of people and culture at Appspace. As a strategic HR executive with diverse experience across multiple industries, he most enjoys partnering with leadership to drive organizational performance. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, McGowan's knowledge spans across all talent functions. Prior to leading Appspace's people and culture team, he held HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Bank of America and Accenture

Carolyn Voelkening is Appspace's chief content officer, and has more than 20 years of experience building and transforming content strategy for media and software organizations. In her role as chief content officer at Appspace, she focuses on communication solutions for the hybrid workplace and easy-to-implement strategies to create a positive workplace experience.

Thomas Philippart de Foy is executive vice president of product experiences with Appspace. He has an exemplary record of leading sales and marketing for large multinational corporations. Prior to joining Appspace, de Foy worked at Cisco for 15 years, holding various leadership roles across multiple business units. At Appspace, he is responsible for facilitating ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the company.
