Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Jann Gillingham is a consultant working in the field of HR marketing and technology. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations across the country helping them to improve operations and productivity. She’s been a frequent speaker on topics such as “Reclaiming Civility in the Workplace”, “Uncovering Hidden Bias” and “Building a Better, More Diverse Workforce”. Gillingham's most recent areas of interest include demographic cohorts such as millennials and Gen Z's and emotional and cultural intelligence. 

Anja Wynne considers herself a global citizen. She is a retired Air Force personnel and manpower officer who has also served in the U.S. Army, worked in Europe's IT industry and the U.S.' pharmaceutical industry in the U.S. Wynne also served as the chief human resources officer at the University of Colorado. She is currently a culture and organizational leadership consultant focusing on providing global solutions to local organizations by applying her research in the field of cultural intelligence and cross-cultural competencies.
