What should you say to an employee who is struggling with job performance? How do you hold on to a star performer who wants a larger salary than you can afford?

Talking with employees about sensitive issues like these isn’t easy because there’s no single right answer for every organization in every circumstance.

For advice that helps you decide what to say and how to say it whenever you face challenging HR questions, sign up for this insightful program being led by Cassie Whitlock of BambooHR and Payfactors' Bill Coleman and Kim Taylor.

About the Presenters: Cassie Whitlock is the director of HR at BambooHR. She started her career in the accounting world but working with small and medium sized companies, the HR function was always handed to her. She enjoys her work most when she can take her talents in data, processes, and human psychology to make someone's day better. Whitlock believes that strategy is accomplished in the details of how you manage the daily tactical items. She views her team as part of her family and enjoys working hard with them, while they all learn, grow, and execute on business-critical initiatives.

Bill Coleman is Payfactors' co-founder and COO. He also leads all of Payfactors’ data and research initiatives as well as their team of certified compensation professionals. Recognized as a comp and HR expert, Coleman has been cited in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, NBC Nightly News and others.

Kim Taylor is Payfactors' vice president of compensation and data operations. In this role, Taylor leads the strategic direction of Payfactors' database of over 5,000 benchmark jobs and oversees all client compensation consulting assignments. She has partnered with hundreds of organizations to develop and refine their compensation programs.
