Despite all the uncertainty surrounding the future of the health care system, one constant remains--employers are a primary source of coverage. With health care costs continuing to rise and many employers reaching a ceiling on cost-shifting, organizations are looking for innovative solutions to address high cost claims, mitigate corporate risk and improve care delivery.

In this webcast, leaders from health operating system League and health care provider Cleveland Clinic are coming together to share their predictions on the future of employee health care and key trends. Following this program, you'll come away with:

  • New understanding of current market dynamics and their impact on employee health care
  • Awareness of key innovation trends including point solution ecosystems, near/onsite clinics and the role of technology in the employee experience and driving engagement
  • The ability to evaluate your organization's readiness for implementation
