About the Presenters: Richard Lowery is a certified business continuity professional with over 28 years of experience in the information technology sector; he helps organizations enable and improve business operations and drive value. Lowery has worked as a consultant with companies globally developing business continuity management frameworks and crisis management systems at companies such as like Norwegian Cruise Lines, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Sephora, Hilton Worldwide and W.R. Berkley. He has also held senior positions with WR Berkley Corporation, Marsh and McLennan Companies and KPMG/BearingPoint Consulting.

Chris Mullen is director of strategic advisory at Kronos. A thought leader on performance, development, and talent strategies with 15 years of experience as an HR practitioner, Mullen helps organizations inspire their own workforces by optimizing technology and refreshing outdated processes with people-centric solutions to enhance the employee experience and drive better business outcomes.

Julie Develin is a human capital management (HCM) strategy consultant for Kronos Incorporated. She is well-versed in the impact of employee relations, workplace flexibility and workforce development on business operations. An experienced senior HR leader, Develin works with organizations across the U.S. on strategic workplace initiatives to enhance productivity, improve communication and increase satisfaction across the workforce.
