One of the first places employees look to for support and direction when their organization experiences a crisis is the HR department. And during critical times of uncertainty, it's important that HR has all the business continuity strategies they need in place to be a trusted partner to employees looking for answers.

In this webcast, you'll hear from a panel of experts on what it takes to be proactive about business continuity planning, as well as the role HR plays within the bigger operational picture of your business continuity plan as a whole. These presenters will talk through the business, public and human impacts you need to be thinking about now and in the future to ensure fast, effective, and compassionate action when it matters most.

During this discussion, you’ll learn:

  • The core elements of a solid business continuity approach
  • How to leverage technology to manage different aspects of business continuity
  • What conversations you should be having with public officials, your vendors, and relief organizations
  • The human impacts that often get overlooked in a crisis but that are most important to your employees
  • How HR is in a uniquely strong position to understand those human impacts and bring them into the bigger business continuity conversation
