About the Presenter: Caitlin Bigsby has over 22 years of experience in HCM software solutions and has worked with dozens of organizations over the years to help them maximize the value of their investments in both their people and their software. Bigsby shines a light on how analytic insight can elevate the strategy of human resources.

Deli Matsuo is a seasoned HR executive with 20+ years of experience. He is chief people officer at Alert Innovation, a robotics startup. Matsuo is also a member of several boards of pre-IPO and publicly listed companies. He is also an active mentor at where he mentors several highly successful unicorn level companies. His areas of specialization include people management strategy, business operations and governance. Matsuo has run HR practices at large multinational companies (Google Latin America, Google Asia, Google Inc., RBS Group) as well as tech startups and venture capital firms.

Daniele Rasey is a senior director in the talent and reward line of business at Willis Towers Watson and co-leads the North America I&D team. She has over 20 years of experience partnering with clients on the design and implementation of talent strategies that support organizational success. Rasey has deep expertise in the areas of inclusion and diversity, total rewards and employee value proposition, job architecture, career enablement and talent program design.
