About the Presenters: Claude Werder is Brandon Hall Group's senior vice president and a principal human capital management (HCM) analyst. He leads the organization's talent management, leadership development as well as diversity and inclusion practices. Werder focuses on solving corporate challenges in those areas. He takes a strategic, unified approach, with a keen eye on leveraging technology. Werder conducts research that focuses on developing new insights and solutions to help members and clients make talent development a competitive business advantage. Before joining Brandon Hall Group in 2012, he spent more than 25 years as an executive and people leader in mid-market and Fortune 500 multimedia publishing organizations, including a decade as producer of the HR Technology Conference and Expo, which Werder helped transform from a small event to the world’s largest HR technology conference. 

Cliff Stevenson is a principal HCM analyst for workforce management and talent acquisition with Brandon Hall Group. Prior to joining the organization in 2015, he served as a senior analyst at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since 2012. Stevenson’s experience as a human capital research analyst has focused on data and analytics, performance management, recruitment, acquisition, retention and attrition. Before joining i4cp, he was the head of HR for a Boston consulting firm.
