The world was forever changed by the events in 2020. Life and work will never go back to how it was, but it also won’t always look like it does today. 2020 brought seismic shifts in the labor market and the year concluded with nearly 10 million fewer jobs than when it started.

Though the loss in jobs was substantial, this will be a year of recovery, adaptation and transformation: New iCIMS research reveals that 91 percent of organizations plan to hire new roles this year. But, some employers are struggling to keep up with the myriad of changes brought about by the pandemic.

In this program, a panel of global talent leaders will address topics including:

  • Reactions to the latest labor market activity
  • Visions for the future of work
  • Advice for maintaining remote and hybrid work environments
  • Best practices on how to accelerate digital transformation initiatives
  • Lessons learned in developing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs
  • Implications of the data and findings from the iCIMS platform – which analyzes activity from more than 332 million global users – and findings from a third-party survey of hundreds of HR leaders
Despite the current pandemic times, the future is bright and you'll receive new insights on how to drive your business forward and lead in the new world of work.
