Prior, he spent 18 years as head of product in technology companies in the learning and development and technology industries. Lindquist is also a writer and public speaker, focused on human performance engineering.

Mykkah Herner is a compensation and HR professional with more than 10 years of experience. He specializes in compensation plan development and integration. He is also well-versed in the areas of organizational development and change management.
