For years, the workforce has become increasingly diverse and distributed. Those trends massively accelerated during 2020, and many benefits leaders have had to quickly adjust their strategy to support both remote workers and their diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals.

Flexible policies and partners in a wide range of areas — mental health, family-forming and more — will be key to building an attractive, remote-friendly benefits offering.

In this program, Carrot Fertility’s Leigh Betancourt will lead a presentation on how to meet the benefits needs of remote employees, how to do so in a truly inclusive way and what to consider for globally distributed teams.

Key takeaways for the program will include:

  • How trends in DEI and remote work are impacting employers
  • Key considerations for a remote workforce: mental health, family-forming and home office allowances
  • Ensuring benefits parity for a global workforce
  • How to vet vendors to ensure they will meet your workforce’s needs
