In this program, global analyst Josh Bersin and thought leaders will lead discussion of the technology trends impacting employee benefits. Employee experience has become a key HR focus in 2021 – and will play a major role in the future of workforce retention and well-being. Yet benefits and leave administration has, in many instances, remained ensnared in inefficiencies that hinder overall HR transformation efforts. You'll come away with a new understanding of how recent innovations in benefits technology are now empowering HR and helping employees remain resilient.
