About the Presenters:

Josh Bersin founded Bersin & Associates in 2001 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. He expanded the company’s coverage to encompass HR, talent management, talent acquisition and leadership, emerging as a recognized expert in the talent market. Bersin sold the company to Deloitte in 2012. In 2019, Bersin founded the Josh Bersin Academy, a professional development academy which has become the “home for HR”. He is frequently featured in publications including Forbes, Harvard Business Review, HR Executive, The Wall Street Journal and CLO Magazine.

Maribeth Bearfield is Bright Horizons' chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. In her role, Bearfield is responsible for leading the organization's overall HR strategy including succession planning, talent acquisition and talent development, organizational effectiveness, total rewards and the Bright Horizons Foundation. With over 32,000 employees globally, Bright Horizons is the largest provider of employer-sponsored child care with over 1,100 child care and early education centers that serve over 116,000 children in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Canada and India. As the CHRO of one of Fortune's top 100 Great Places to Work and also one of Fortune's Best Workplaces for Diversity, Bearfield is a frequent speaker on various HR and culture related topics. 

Michelle Martin, CEBS, vice president of total reward experience at ViacomCBS and is responsible for employee health, engagement and development of HR policies. She has an extensive background in supporting health and well-being. Martin is a champion for workplace mental health programs and is committed to designing and implementing programs and policies that help employees live their best life. She is an active member of the human resources community and serves on the board of directors of the Northeast Business Group on Health and The Leapfrog Group. 

Josh Bronstein is head of the learning and leadership development function at Bank of America. In this role, he oversees organizational development and talent management strategies and activities, including performance management, title promotions, talent and succession planning and employee engagement. a member of Bank of America’s Operating Committee and Human Resources Leadership team, Bronstein is also responsible for the Global Learning Organization, supporting the regulatory, technical and professional learning and development needs of the company’s teammates across all lines of business, including leadership development programs. Prior to leading in that capacity, Bronstein led the learning and development team across Bank of America’s Global Banking & Markets division.
