Sexual harassment remains a serious problem affecting one in four working women in the United States. While establishing rules, training, and education is important, relying solely on these measures to prevent or address sexual harassment isn’t enough to change workplace harassment — workplace culture needs to change first.

In this program, a panelist of industry experts will explore:

  • How to go beyond the minimum legal requirements to build a culture that emphasizes dignity and respect for every employee
  • Which sexual harassment policies work and which don’t
  • What defines a respectful workplace and what role senior leaders play in leading a cultural change
