Employee engagement today is more important than ever. The COVID-19 pandemic forced many people to work from home instead of an office. Keeping them engaged in their work and the success of the company has become an unexpected challenge.

One way to keep that engagement is through the equity plans you offer, and more importantly, how you communicate their value to employees. Equity plans are a proven tool for improving employee engagement, but communicating that value presents its own challenges in today’s environment.

In this program, Computershare's Robyn Shutak and Nicole Contreras will discuss new and creative ways to communicate that value, the channels to use and the message to convey to ensure your equity plans create increased levels of employee engagement.
