She possesses 14 years of experience in recruitment and HR, has hired over 2000 people (interviewing well over 8,000) and is an accomplished leader in the industry. She's a hyper-growth pro and has helped set up the team and culture for 16 startups, as well as founding the Talent Summit Dublin event. Morrissey's current focus is to get people inspired to join and stay at Europe's fastest growing SaaS company and advocating the importance of recruitment and HR in building culture. As a recruiter and HR-lover at heart, she can safely say “I never tire of my role, and the satisfaction of seeing someone getting the job they love is ultimately my driver in life”.

Maddie Pozlevic is Perkbox's events and engagement manager and truly an employee experience pioneer. One of the very first people to join the Perkbox team, she’s been championing workplace culture since day one. In her current role, Pozlevic's mission is no less grand in scope, but like all great endeavours, it boils down to something simple: she wants to transform every employee’s journey into something meaningful and authentic. JD Conway is head of talent acquisition at BambooHR. He has over a decade of experience as both a third-party recruiter for boutique technical recruiting firms and as an in-house recruiter. Conway has managed talent acquisition teams in high-growth SaaS companies and served Fortune 500 clients for the world’s largest recruiting corporation. From organizational health to recruitment marketing and employer branding, Conway uses his expertise to change the way companies' structure and view the functions of talent acquisition.
