However, working remotely 100 percent of the time can lead to employees feeling disconnected from their organization. Not only do the miss in-person supervision and collaboration, the lack of social interaction with colleagues can engender feelings of isolation.

About the Presenters: Nima Moayedi, Psy.D., is a clinical psyhologist at Psychology Works. He worked at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation – Psychiatric Inpatient Program for five years assessing and diagnosing inmates with forensic commitments. Moayedi also spent three years as the supervising forensic evaluator testifying on criminal forensic cases. He also works with the California Board of Psychology as a subject matter expert for the California Law and Ethics licensing examination

Nick Reddin is a vice president at American Technology Consulting. He helps clients address the challenges of both disruption and growth. A technology writer and speaker with more than 15 years of experience, Reddin previous positions include executive vice president at V-Soft Consulting Group, as well as marketing and sales position at Volt Workforce Solutions and Manpower.

Mike Van Buren is an eLearning strategist at Go1. In his work, he helps organizations navigate digital transformation by focusing on the power of their people through learning.
