The COVID-19 immunization landscape is evolving as the vaccine rollout, which varies by state, continues across the country. In this program, CVS Caremark's chief medical officer Sree Chaguturu will share the latest COVID-19 clinical information and vaccine rollout updates, also providing critical information on population prioritization. He will be joined by CVS Health's vice president of human resources, Candace Jodice, who will share a framework for how companies can think through employee vaccine education and immunization needs and what they should discuss with benefits providers.

About the Presenters: Sree Chaguturu, MD, is chief medical officer for CVS Caremark, where he focuses on enhancing the quality of services provided to its millions of members and patients, while also contributing to the overall mission of CVS Health. Previously, Chaguturu served as chief population health officer at Partners HealthCare. In this role, he led the system’s accountable care organization, one of the largest in the nation, serving over 600,000 lives. He has also served as a health care consultant to McKinsey & Company.

Candace Jodice, CCP, CBP, is CVS Health's vice president of human resources and benefits. In her role, she is responsible for the design and financial management of colleague benefits programs for 300,000 colleagues at an annual expense of $2.5 billion. With more than 30 years of benefits and compensation experience, Jodice directs a team engaged in program strategy, design and implementation, plan compliance, analytics, financial management and partner relationship management. She is also a member of other numerous other professional organizations, including the New England Employee Benefits Council, the Council on Employee Benefits, the American Benefits Council, the HR Policy Association, the Business Roundtable, the ERISA Industry Committee and the National Business Group on Health.
