Lewin served as Envoy’s head of global immigration from 2018 to 2020 and led a global team providing immigration services and advocacy in more than 100 countries. Prior to Envoy, she served as senior counsel for global immigration at Berry Appleman & Leiden, and has also held management positions at Crown World Mobility and Emigra Worldwide.

Sara Herbek is Global Immigration Associates' (GIA) managing partner. In her role, she oversees delivery of all legal services provided by the firm. She and GIA's robust team of attorneys and paralegals represent multinational corporations across a wide range of industries. Herbek's practice also involves providing strategic immigration advice regarding the movement of professionals throughout the world, including temporary and permanent work visas. She and her team work with clients to establish corporate immigration policies and procedures, and also provide training and supplemental education through webinars and presentations to human resources and talent acquisition teams to ensure immigration policies are applied consistently.
