Technology’s rapid progression has left many businesses wondering what employees expect from the tech tools they use at work. Today’s transactions take fewer points to reach the same destination. It’s the concept of innovation in action: The digital transformation. The nearly universal use of Internet and mobile technology has changed the way we interact, shop, run errands and generally go about our days and nights–with there being more change since 2000 than in the last 50 years of the 20th century.

The Pew Research Center reports over 77 percent of Americans use smartphones, highlighting how the Internet and mobile technology have changed our daily lives.

However, one area has yet to catch up: The workplace.

With today’s workforce expecting business technology on the job, whose responsibility is it to point the C-suite in the right direction?

In this program, Paycom's Jennifer Kraszewski and Caleb Masters will share how organizations can lead a digital transformation and will also explore questions including:

  • What do employees think of digital transformations and their HCM provider?

  • Why is the employee usage of HR technology good for business?

  • How can a good user experience of self-service tech increase internal efficiencies and processes?
