In this program, a panel of national experts will discuss the challenges small businesses are facing as they enter 2021 and their approaches to benefits planning. In his role as editor in chief of the magazine Inc., Scott Omelianuk has seen firsthand how the COVID-19 pandemic has prompted entrepreneurs to pivot and respond creatively to exceptionally challenging conditions.

Jill Sasso leads HR and governance for the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and will share how women-owned small businesses are responding.

The panel will also explore findings from the 2021 Small Business Benefits Trends Report from Unum, which surveyed more than 300 businesses with 250 employees or less across the United States.
