Learn about our speaker About the Presenters: Brie Harvey is a talent management leader and digital strategist with Achievers who writes and speaks about trends within human capital management (HCM) and the future of work. Having served in a variety of leadership roles for HR technology companies over the last decade, she brings expert level knowledge of total rewards, learning and development, talent acquisition and the cultivation of employee engagement. Passionate about the intersection between behavioral science, managerial effectiveness and technology, Harvey has partnered with some of the world’s largest organizations to build high performance cultures centered around authentic appreciation, trust and inclusion. In her role as an employee engagement evangelist, Harvey works with the research arm of Achievers, the Workforce Institute, to share data-based insights on how to enhance employee engagement and recognition strategies for a pandemic-era workplace.   

Tom Kiriakou is a customer success leader with over 15 years of experience working for high-growth SaaS technology companies, having held client services roles that have spanned the travel, predictive analytics and charitable sectors. As the director of customer success at Achievers, he is focused on helping clients develop and cultivate successful employee engagement programs that ultimately align with and contribute to the attainment of strategic business objectives. 
Kiriakou is an active member of the Achievers Mentorship Program, working with colleagues to share best practices and experience to help one another develop leadership skills and career advancing opportunities. Kiriakou also is a member of Catalyst’s Coaching Corner, where he helps elevate and nurture individuals starting to build their own customer success careers.
