New research from the Cornerstone People Research Lab demonstrates that organizational leaders and employees are rallying around the importance of skills, but that critical challenges remain. For example, 90 percent of leaders feel confident in their ability to develop the skills of their people, but only 60 percent of employees share their confidence. This is a gap that clearly needs to be addressed.

In this program, Cornerstone’s Michael Bollinger will lead a discussion of the key takeaways from the research focusing on topics including:

  • Strengthening employee confidence in your skill development programs
  • Learning how high-performing organizations approach new-skilling and reskilling
  • Leveraging AI to remove barriers in development
