By attending, you and your team will be able to identify areas of strength and build on them. You will also see where you need further concentrated study in preparation for either exam.
To gain the greatest benefits from your Certification Preparation onsite training program, encourage your team to utilize your copies of the SHRM Learning System before the program begins. While this onsite training program should not be considered your only preparation for certification, it serves as a very valuable component to help you focus your study efforts and maximize your results.
