12:45 PM        Depart for visit to a major Dubai government agency

                       Session at Emirates Towers

Tour of Dubai Smart Government Incubators 

                       Session with speaker of Dubai government agency

4:30 PM         Return to hotel

5:30 PM         Burj Khalifa "At The Top" Observation Deck (pre-registration required)

7:00 PM         Dinner at Dubai Fountain at the Dubai Mall


Monday, April 16

8:30 AM         Program begins

9:00 AM         Depart Hotel for the FAHR International Conference Opening Sessions

12:30 PM        Lunch at HR Conference

1:30 PM          Depart HR Conference for company visit  

2:30 PM         Tour of large a Dubai conglomerate 

                       Session at conglomerate

11:15 AM          Tour at Grand Mosque

12:30 PM         Lunch at Louvre Abu Dhabi

1:30 PM           Tour at Louvre

4:30 PM          Return to Dubai

Thursday, April 19th

8:30 AM          Program begins

9:00 AM          Depart  hotel to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA)

9:45 AM          Session at KHDA on Holocracy at work in Dubai Government

11:30 AM         Tour and session at a major Dubai university       

12:30 PM         Lunch 

1:30 PM           Return to hotel, prepare for evening in the desert

3:30 PM          Depart hotel to Dunebash and Farewell Dinner

9:30 PM          Return to Hotel 

Details

  • Lunches and a farewell dinner will be provided by SHRM. 
  • Ground transportation from the hotel to company visits is included.
  • All materials and certificates will be provided.
  • Air travel must be arranged and paid for by each participant.
  • Each participant will pay for his or her meals other than those listed above.
  • In addition to the standard program itinerary, SHRM will lead optional recreational activities to the Burj Khalifa "At The Top" observation deck (the tallest observation deck in the world) and a boat cruise dinner in the Dubai Marina. Each event includes additional costs and can be added to the program on the registration page.
