While increasing numbers of businesses recognize that workplace flexibility can be a powerful tool to recruit, retain and engage employees, implementing it is not always easy. This webinar, a joint presentation of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Families and Work Institute (FWI), explores how to overcome common stumbling blocks to make flexibility really work within your organization to achieve business results. The presenters are leaders in three prominent, nationally recognized companies that have won the Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility. In this exclusive program, they will share their expertise and lessons learned for implementing flexibility in different work environments.
Participants will learn specific strategies for:
- How to design solutions that fit the company’s business problem and make them work for both the company and the employees;
- How to involve top and middle managers; and
- How to determine metrics for success and demonstrate return on investment.
