It is no longer enough to look at company retirement plans in isolation. Rather, there is a need to help employees address their larger financial picture because those who are more financially secure are better prepared for retirement. The increasingly complex financial needs of employees means organizations need to go beyond traditional retirement thinking and products, and instead look for ways to help employees achieve financial wellness.
In this webcast, Katie Nedl, Head of Global Benefits in the Total Rewards team within BlackRock, and Steve Ulian, Managing Director, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Institutional Retirement and Benefit Services, will describe how plan sponsors can provide a competitive approach to benefits, which can improve satisfaction and productivity, help create stronger long-term financial security for employees, and help organizations become employers of choice for top talent.
