House Passes 40-Hour Workweek Threshold for PPACA
The House of Representatives passed a bill that would define a full-time worker under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) as one who works 40 hours a week, rather than the law's current definition of a full-time employee working only 30 hours a week.
