  • Develop individualized study plans
  • Minimize time away from the office
  • Enjoy flexible learning based on your individual preference

Can We Share the SHRM Learning System?
No. The SHRM Learning System is an individual’s guide to HR management and is licensed to an individual user. From an instructional design perspective, each person needs a system to ensure privacy of an individual’s knowledge of HR management. In addition, retention requires active participation—writing out answers, taking notes in the margins and personalizing the learning experience. The testing system tracks your personal progress and compares your pretest with your posttest results; privacy is necessary to take full advantage of learning measurements. Only the purchaser can receive CEUs upon successful completion of the posttest.
