    Technology Express Requests

(Express Request is a self-service, online benefit that allows SHRM members to request and receive information via e-mail around-the-clock immediately.)

    Effectively Managing and Writing E-Mails
Ah, e-mail. It clogs our inboxes when we’re on vacation, often contains spam and jokes we shouldn’t read, and might include viruses that can do our networks harm. Because e-mail can potentially be hazardous to our work-related health -- and has the potential to bury essential material -- companies should dedicate resources to teaching employees how to use e-mail to communicate effectively and avoid information overload. To receive resources on this topic, please use our Express Request service by clicking here and selecting the key term E-MAILS, MANAGING AND WRITING.
