In partnership with the SHRM Certification Preparation products, the SHRM Foundation will award up to five international certification scholarships of $800 USD in 2013. HR professionals outside the United States who are pursuing professional certification as a Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP℠) or Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP℠) are invited to apply.
(Note: Individuals pursuing GPHR certification are not eligible for this award, but may apply for a different Certification Scholarship Program.)
The HRBP and HRMP are globally relevant credentials for HR practitioners outside of the United States. Designed to validate core human resource knowledge and skills, these credentials demonstrate mastery of generally accepted HR principles.
Scholarship funds must be used for either HRBP or HRMP exam fees, and/or the purchase of the SHRM Learning System for HRBP or SHRM Learning System for HRMP certification preparation products or to attend a certification preparation course offered by an approved SHRM Education Partner. (Please note: Funds may not be used for other types of test preparation.)
The SHRM Learning System for HRBP and SHRM Learning System for HRMP certification preparation are the premier SHRM-recommended tools for certification preparation. Their materials and approved courses teach to the HR Certification Institute Body of Knowledge. Click here to learn more about test preparation options. Proof of registration and/or purchase receipts must be submitted prior to receiving scholarship funds.
