The Undergraduate HR Programs directory was created by the SHRM Foundation as a service to the HR community and to students interested in pursuing careers in human resources. This project is supported by your generous donations to the SHRM Foundation.
List Your Undergraduate Program
To add your HR-related undergraduate major to the SHRM Foundation directory, please complete our 5-page survey and return it to Susan Reyes via e-mail. Note: please save the survey document to your own computer before completing it.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to promote your degree program to recruiters and potential students. Plus, this easy-to-use resource will allow you to benchmark your program with other undergraduate HR degrees.
To be eligible for inclusion, your program:
- Must be an undergraduate degree program (B.A. or B.S.) Certificate programs and associate's degrees will not be included in the directory.
- Must feature a major or concentration in human resources or human resource management. Other related programs such as management or HRD will be considered for inclusion as long as there is substantial HR content. Special consideration will be given to universities with active student SHRM chapters.
There is no charge to list your program in the directory.
