Calvin W. Finch, CPA  

 

Cal Finch is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of CPP, Inc., a leader in workforce development solutions and, most notably, publisher of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Strong Interest Inventory®, TKI, FIRO-B® and CPI 260® instruments. 

Finch was appointed to the SHRM Board of Directors in May 2007 and currently serves as a Director-at-Large.  He possesses more than 20 years of senior-level finance and business experience.

At CPP, Finch is responsible for the Finance & Accounting and Legal & Licensing Divisions and is also a member of the Strategic Planning Team. 

Prior to joining CPP, Finch held various positions within the various Francis Ford Coppola companies, including Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of The Coppola Group, the entertainment, wine-making and hospitality group of companies, and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Zoetrope Group of entertainment companies.

Finch also served as Vice President and Controller of New World Entertainment, Ltd., a publicly-traded film and television production and distribution firm, and Manager with the Audit and Business Advisory Services Division at Arthur Andersen. 

Finch is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
