A manager yells and degrades employees in front of co-workers or clients. Is this workplace bullying?
Accommodation: Disability: Does the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide a list of conditions that are covered under the act?
Accommodation: What if an employee states he or she needs an accommodation but doesn’t have any documentation to back it up?
Accommodations: Disability: Are we obligated under the Americans with Disabilities Act to accommodate sensitivity to fragrances?
Accommodations: Disability: Can we speak to an employee’s doctor regarding a medical condition and possible accommodations?
Accommodations: Disability: Do we have to accommodate if the employee can’t perform the essential job functions?
