Sample Policies are a benefit of SHRM membership. SHRM members’ have the right to, use and access, download and copy Sample Policies, and to print a single copy, for their personal use, as set forth in the Terms of Use Agreement. In addition, SHRM members have permission to download and modify Sample Policies for use in the normal course of business within their own organization. Neither members nor non-members may reproduce them in any other way without SHRM’s written permission.
