About Express Requests The Express Request (ER) feature is a self-service, online benefit that allows SHRM members to request and receive via email information on a wide variety of HR topics. A response is sent virtually immediately. ER responses are available around-the-clock and can be found in the following places on SHRM Online.
HR Hot Topics
The HR Hot Topics page contains an ER feature for many of today's frequently talked about HR topics and more are added on a periodic basis. Some of the most popular topics available through this page include audits, attitude surveys, behavioral interviewing, HR strategic plans, job descriptions, and posters.
Salary Survey Directory
The Salary Survey Directory contains an ER feature through which members may request resources for locating surveys for over 30 categories, including but not limited to, accounting, health care, human resource management, manufacturing, retail, severance pay and salary increase projections. Members may also request general tips on compensation benchmarking.
Seasonal
The Seasonal page contains ER for many of the issues that HR professionals encounter every year. Topics appropriate to the current or upcoming season are added frequently.

SHRM will send a response to your ER submission; however, whether that response reaches your in-box may be determined by your spam blocker or email software.
