This research provides an overview of the types of benefits organizations in California offer to their employees. Overall, 297 benefits were examined, covering a wide range of employee benefits offerings. Where possible, these results are compared with national findings from SHRM’s 2012 Employee Benefits research report. The results are reported separately by 10 different topic areas:
