The library features programs, articles and templates designed to help employers create a culture of engagement in their workplaces. The Enterprise Engagement Alliance has launched two tools designed to help companies understand, analyze, implement and measure employee engagement. The Enterprise Engagement Indicator is a web-based survey program that can be used to quickly determine whether an organization can benefit from a formal engagement strategy. The results pinpoint where and how certain engagement strategies would be most effective. In conjunction with PollStream Inc., Enterprise Engagement Alliance has also created the Enterprise Engagement Meter that allows users to quickly and privately assess their engagement opportunities.
