Program Overview
Led by qualified and certified HR instructors, this intensive three-day PHR/SPHR preparation seminar is an overview of the new 2012 HR Certification Institute’s body of knowledge. By attending, you will identify areas of strength to build on and areas where you need further concentrated study in preparation for taking either certification exam. The PHR/SPHR certification preparation seminar should not be considered your only preparation, but rather an important step in focusing your study to maximize results.

Outside-the-classroom assignments consisting of sample test questions and periodic progress checks help reinforce classroom sessions so you can be confident of your breadth of knowledge in preparation for the PHR/SPHR certification exams.

This educational session is combined with the 2012 SHRM Learning System—the #1 PHR and SPHR certification preparation tool that consistently helps professionals beat the national pass rate. Utilizing your SHRM Learning System before the course begins will prepare you to gain the greatest benefits from attending this program.

2012 Spring PHR/SPHR Exam Window
Exam Dates: May 1 - June 30, 2012
Regular Application Deadline: March 9, 2012
Late Application Deadline: April 13, 2012

IMPORTANT
This program is not a substitute for the certification examination. If you wish to take the PHR or SPHR examination, you must complete a separate application form available through the HR Certification Institute.

Please note: To ensure that you receive your copy of the SHRM Learning System before attending the class, SHRM must process your registration at least two weeks in advance of your program date. You will receive the materials approximately within a week of registering for the course. If you register a week or less before the course start date you will receive your copy on-site. Please bring the confirmation you receive via e-mail to the program with you.
