Program Objectives
This two-part program is designed to strengthen the global leadership and navigation competencies of senior HR officers. By providing themes with the skills and tools to mold their departments into world-class centers of expertise and service delivery. Focused on HR management from both strategic and consultative perspectives, this program differs from other Executive Education programs in that it regards stewardship of the HR function from a systems perspective.

  • Leverage HR to execute business strategy.
  • Understand and model approaches for making decisions under risk and uncertainty.
  • Critically evaluate information to determine HR return on investment and organizational impact.
  • Improve decision-making through the use of business analytics and scenario planning.

The second part, on Collaborative Leadership, is organized around the cultivation of relationships that engage internal and external stakeholders, and of trust and partnership environments within executive teams. The capabilities emphasized are: developing and managing social networks; boundary-spanning; and change management.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Develop effective interpersonal relationships across boundaries.
