This two-part learning module for undergraduate students covers recruitment and selection. Students will learn the methods used by organizations to recruit and select employees, learn about the legal issues that affection recruitment and selection and the role of HR and supervisors and peers in the recruitment and selection of team members. This module includes a PowerPoint presentation with notes, a manual with detailed instructor’s notes ahd activities, and a separate instructor’s manual.
