This program is intended for HR professionals who lead or support the development and execution of HR strategy, and will help participants conceptualize and apply the essential components of both an HR strategy and an organizational strategy, and understand how these two components align. Through the use of case studies and class exercises, participants will learn how to leverage and create a wholly aligned human resource strategy and implementation plan for your organization.
