REIMBURSEMENTS
All complimentary hotel charges (room & tax only) for eligible attendees will be billed to the SHRM master account. However, in the event that you require a hotel reimbursement, requests must be submitted by Friday, January 4, 2013. Please complete the Housing Reimbursement Form, include a copy of your hotel bill and indicate your volunteer role. Please fax the form to 703.535.6477, attention 2012 Leadership Conference Housing Reimbursement. SHRM will cover the cost of room and tax up to $265 per night for eligible attendees. SHRM will not cover cancellation or early departure fees.  

GUIDELINES
Non-100% chapter presidents/presidents-elect (one per chapter) state core leadership area membership directors, state council district directors and chapter management professionals:

  • Registration is complimentary.
  • SHRM will pay for accommodations for Thursday and Friday nights.
  • All incidentals are your responsibility.
  • Should you decide to arrive early or stay later, room charges for any other nights are your responsibility.
  • You may be asked to give a credit card number when making your reservation. Please note, this is to hold your reservation only.

100% chapter presidents/presidents elect (one per chapter), state council directors(One per State; If it is a transition year, both the 2012 & 2013 State Council Director may attend):

  • Registration is complimentary.
  • SHRM will pay for accommodations for Thursday through Saturday nights.
  • All incidentals are your responsibility.
  • Should you decide to arrive early or stay later, room charges for any other nights are your responsibility.
  • You may be asked to give a credit card number when making your reservation. Please note, this is to hold your reservation only.

State core leadership areas (with the exception of Membership CLAs) and independent attendees (additional officers from your chapter or state council who wish to attend the conference including
state council legislative affairs directors):

  • Registration, room accommodations and incidental charges are your responsibility.

Independent attendee rate is $350 for conference Registration.
