Directories of HR Programs

The SHRM Foundation has unveiled its updated online Directory of Undergraduate HR Programs. With more that 270 undergraduate programs featured, this will be a useful tool for students researching HR programs, and for faculty interested in benchmarking their degree programs with other universities. Users may search by university name, location, public or private school, and by the competitiveness of the admissions process. To facilitate use by high school and college students and faculty, the directory is open to the general public and does not require a SHRM ID to access. To view the directory of undergraduate programs, click here.

The SHRM Foundation also offers a comprehensive directory of master's degree programs, Graduate Programs in Human Resource Management. Click here to access the directory online. To include your university in future editions, click here.

A complete list of colleges and universities offering both graduate and undergraduate HR-related degrees can also be found online at www.petersons.com and www.gradschools.com. A hard-copy version of Peterson's Guide to Colleges & Universities is also available in most libraries. An additional list of HR programs is published by the Bureau of National Affairs (BNA) in its Personnel Management series. This information is available in print or on CD-rom. For a directory of business schools, visit the Tuck B-Schools Page at http://www.dartmouth.edu/tuck/bschools/.

Please note: SHRM does not rank, accredit, or recommend specific university programs.
