Ron Alexandrowich has been a Management Consultant for more than 20 years. Scott Criqui started at Trinity In-Home Care in June of 2007 as the Human Resource Manager. Trinity In-Home is the only support agency in the state of Kansas to serve ALL populations. Trinity serves 500+ people a year and currently employees 178 individuals. Trinity is one of the 50 largest employers in Lawrence, KS. Criqui has been part of the Lawrence, KS non-profit sector since 1998. Prior to employment at Trinity In-Home Care, Scott worked as a trainer for Headquarters Counseling Center (a 24-hour suicide prevention and general counseling center) and as a volunteer coordinator for Hospice Care of Douglas County. Community involvement is greatly important to Criqui. He has been appointed by the mayor of Lawrence to serve on the Human Relations and the Traffic Safety Commissions. He is actively involved in the local chamber of commerce's community leadership program. Criqui is also serves as the Board President for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program for Douglas and Shawnee County in Kansas. Criqui believes education is fundamental to an individual's success in life. He serves as an advisory board member, overseeing curriculum development, at a local college. He also volunteers his time to train and coach student on best practices for effective job searches. Criqui is an instructor at a local career college; he teaching a variety of courses to future health care professionals. Also, Trinity In-Home Care has developed an internship program under Criqui's supervision. He holds a Baccalaureate Degree in Psychology and Communication Studies and a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Some additional passions of Criqui's include advocacy for equality and human rights and diversity training.

Dr. Christina T. Schlachter is a lecturer at Colorado State University and an internationally recognized speaker and consultant in the area of organizational excellence, critical communication within corporations and universities, and ethical leadership. Her most recent book, Newsless, explores how the U.S. television media has degraded critical discourse within society and how to reverse this downward spiral. Schlachter works as an independent consultant in Change Leadership and Organizational Excellence. Prior to this, she was the Organizational Effectiveness Leader at Hewitt Associates, creating and facilitating organizational effectiveness and change leadership programs for sites in the US, UK, and India. Before this, she spent ten years as an Organizational Change Leadership and Learning Consultant working with large, multi-national corporations in Asia, Europe, Australia, and the US to develop and deploy a variety of organizational tools including readiness assessments, communication plans, role mapping, and talent retention plans. One of Schlachter’s passions is Socially Responsible Leadership, focusing on ensuring leaders in all organizations think about their impact not only on their department, but their customers and community as well. She is a founded the Center for Socially Responsible Leadership and has trademarked the methodologies of Socially Responsible Quality (SRQ) and Socially Responsible Leadership (SRL). Schlachter holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding University, as well as a Masters in Education from Stanford, where she is a regular guest speaker on communication and ethics in our society. She completed her undergraduate work in International Finance and Marketing at the University of Miami (FL), and graduated with honors. She is also a graduate of the General Electric Financial Management Program, and has had formal Essential Facilitation and Change Acceleration Process (CAP) training. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt.
