The Sloan Awards, given annually by SHRM and the Families and Work Institute, honor organizations that are using workflex as a strategy to make work “work” better -- for both the employer and the employee.
The Sloan Awards offer a unique opportunity for organizations to get national recognition for their flexibility strategies, and to see how their strategies compare to other organizations based on nationally representative data.
