SHRM and the Families and Work Institute thank all organizations that took time to apply for a 2012 Sloan Award for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility -- a total of 596 applications were processed!
Last week, When Work Works community partners were notified of organizations in their state or community that have achieved Finalist status toward a Sloan Award. Pictured at right are 2011 Award winners Margaret Theisen of Full Access, Dawnetta Rios with the Oregon Research Institute, and SHRM's Lisa Horn. Finalists for the Sloan Award move on to have their employees complete a survey about their access to workplace flexibility. Organizations designated as 2012 Finalists can expect to be notified yet this week!
